I love my job. I love being a doctor soo much...once they get our pay and work conditions T??!! I will literally increase my hours to 1000% full-time. 

The ward is not too crowded at the moment, so ward rounds have been a breeze. The patient-to-consultant ratio is also reasonable, meaning plentiful teaching and actually finishing the rounds on time. I just love learning and being taught.

I have learnt so much this week. Not a lunch missed!! I have come home and not wanted to off myself, and I have even done revision in the evenings. And that is almost like a perfect week. 

I just wanted to make a note of the joys as they are there.

Keep smelling the flowers. x
